REGOLAMENTO UFFICIALE AREA CAMPER
L’accesso e la permanenza all’interno dell’Area Camper implicano l’accettazione integrale del presente regolamento.
1. Registrazione e accesso
All’arrivo, tutti gli ospiti sono tenuti a consegnare un documento di identità valido per la registrazione. È obbligatorio ritirare il braccialetto identificativo ed effettuare il pagamento anticipato del soggiorno richiesto.
2. Corrispettivi e rimborsi
In caso di partenza anticipata rispetto al periodo prenotato, non è previsto alcun rimborso, totale o parziale.
3. Orari di ingresso e uscita
Check-in: a partire dalle ore 11:00
Check-out: entro e non oltre le ore 10:45
Il mancato rispetto dell’orario di uscita comporterà l’addebito automatico di un’ulteriore giornata di soggiorno.
4. Orari di apertura reception
La reception è operativa dalle ore 09:00 alle ore 19:00.
5. Operazioni di carico e scarico
Carico acqua in piazzola: dalle ore 09:30 alle ore 12:30
Area carico/scarico centralizzata:
dalle ore 09:30 alle ore 12:30
dalle ore 15:30 alle ore 18:30
È fatto obbligo di rispettare gli orari indicati.
6. Servizi a pagamento
Il servizio lavanderia è disponibile a pagamento dalle ore 08:30 alle ore 14:00.
7. Utilizzo delle strutture comuni
È fatto divieto assoluto di utilizzare i servizi comuni per scopi diversi da quelli per cui sono destinati.
8. Palestra
L’accesso alla palestra è consentito esclusivamente agli utenti maggiorenni muniti di braccialetto.
9. Gestione dei rifiuti
È obbligatorio conferire i rifiuti esclusivamente negli appositi contenitori, nel rispetto della tipologia indicata. È vietato abbandonare materiali non conformi.
10. Impianti sportivi
L’utilizzo dei campi da tennis e padel è consentito esclusivamente previa prenotazione.
11. Servizio spiaggia
Il servizio spiaggia è disponibile su prenotazione dalle ore 09:00 alle ore 19:00.
12. Animali domestici
I proprietari di animali sono responsabili del loro comportamento e sono tenuti a:
– raccogliere immediatamente le deiezioni;
– rispettare la segnaletica e le disposizioni interne.
L’accesso dei cani alla spiaggia è consentito nel rispetto dell’ordinanza comunale vigente, che prevede la balneazione entro le ore 09:00 e dopo le ore 19:00.
13. Norme di comportamento
Gli ospiti sono tenuti a mantenere un comportamento corretto e rispettoso nei confronti delle persone, delle strutture e dell’ambiente. La Direzione si riserva il diritto di allontanare chi non osservi tali disposizioni.

15. Utilizzo dell’acqua
L’acqua è potabile. È consentito esclusivamente l’utilizzo per i servizi messi a disposizione dalla struttura. Ogni utilizzo improprio è vietato.
16. Disposizioni finali
La Direzione declina ogni responsabilità per danni a persone o cose derivanti da uso improprio delle strutture o dal mancato rispetto del presente regolamento.

Access to and stay within the Camper Area imply full acceptance of these regulations.
1. Registration and access
Upon arrival, all guests are required to present a valid identity document for registration. It is mandatory to collect the identification wristband and pay in advance for the requested stay.
2. Fees and refunds
In case of early departure compared to the booked period, no refund, either full or partial, will be granted.
3. Check-in and check-out times
Check-in: from 11:00
Check-out: no later than 10:45
Failure to comply with the check-out time will result in the automatic charge of an additional day.
4. Reception opening hours
The reception is open from 09:00 to 19:00.
5. Water loading and unloading operations
Water supply at the pitch: from 09:30 to 12:30
Centralized loading/unloading area:
from 09:30 to 12:30
from 15:30 to 18:30
Compliance with the indicated times is mandatory.
6. Paid services
Laundry service is available for a fee from 08:30 to 14:00.
7. Use of common facilities
It is strictly forbidden to use common facilities for purposes other than those intended.
8. Gym
Access to the gym is allowed only to adults wearing the identification wristband.
9. Waste management
Waste must be disposed of exclusively in the appropriate containers, respecting the indicated type. It is forbidden to leave non-compliant materials.
10. Sports facilities
Use of tennis and padel courts is allowed only upon reservation.
11. Beach service
Beach service is available upon reservation from 09:00 to 19:00.
12. Pets
Pet owners are responsible for their behavior and must:
– immediately collect waste;
– comply with signage and internal regulations.
Dogs are allowed on the beach in accordance with current municipal regulations, which allow access before 09:00 and after 19:00.
13. Rules of conduct
Guests are required to maintain correct and respectful behavior towards people, facilities and the environment. The Management reserves the right to remove anyone who fails to comply with these provisions.

15. Water use
Water is potable. It may only be used for the services provided by the facility. Any improper use is prohibited.
16. Final provisions
The Management declines all responsibility for damage to persons or property resulting from improper use of the facilities or failure to comply with these regulations.
THE MANAGEMENT
OFFIZIELLE CAMPERBEREICH-ORDNUNG
Der Zugang und der Aufenthalt im Camperbereich setzen die vollständige Annahme dieser Ordnung voraus.
1. Registrierung und Zugang
Bei der Ankunft sind alle Gäste verpflichtet, ein gültiges Ausweisdokument zur Registrierung vorzulegen. Es ist verpflichtend, das Identifikationsarmband abzuholen und den Aufenthalt im Voraus zu bezahlen.
2. Gebühren und Rückerstattungen
Bei vorzeitiger Abreise im Vergleich zum gebuchten Zeitraum ist keine Rückerstattung, weder vollständig noch teilweise, vorgesehen.
3. An- und Abreisezeiten
Check-in: ab 11:00 Uhr
Check-out: spätestens bis 10:45 Uhr
Bei Nichteinhaltung der Abreisezeit wird automatisch ein zusätzlicher Aufenthaltstag berechnet.
4. Öffnungszeiten der Rezeption
Die Rezeption ist von 09:00 bis 19:00 Uhr geöffnet.
5. Wasserver- und -entsorgung
Wasserversorgung am Stellplatz: von 09:30 bis 12:30 Uhr
Zentrale Ver- und Entsorgungsstation:
von 09:30 bis 12:30 Uhr
von 15:30 bis 18:30 Uhr
Die Einhaltung der angegebenen Zeiten ist verpflichtend.
6. Kostenpflichtige Dienstleistungen
Der Wäscheservice ist gegen Gebühr von 08:30 bis 14:00 Uhr verfügbar.
7. Nutzung der Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen
Es ist strengstens untersagt, die Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen für andere Zwecke als die vorgesehenen zu nutzen.
8. Fitnessraum
Der Zugang zum Fitnessraum ist ausschließlich volljährigen Personen mit Identifikationsarmband gestattet.
9. Abfallentsorgung
Abfälle sind ausschließlich in die dafür vorgesehenen Behälter zu entsorgen, unter Beachtung der jeweiligen Trennung. Das Ablagern nicht konformer Materialien ist verboten.
10. Sportanlagen
Die Nutzung der Tennis- und Padelplätze ist nur nach vorheriger Reservierung gestattet.
11. Strandservice
Der Strandservice ist nach Reservierung von 09:00 bis 19:00 Uhr verfügbar.
12. Haustiere
Tierhalter sind für das Verhalten ihrer Tiere verantwortlich und verpflichtet:
– die Hinterlassenschaften sofort zu beseitigen;
– die Beschilderung und internen Vorschriften einzuhalten.
Der Zugang von Hunden zum Strand ist gemäß der geltenden Gemeindeverordnung gestattet, die das Baden vor 09:00 Uhr und nach 19:00 Uhr erlaubt.
13. Verhaltensregeln
Die Gäste sind verpflichtet, sich korrekt und respektvoll gegenüber Personen, Einrichtungen und der Umwelt zu verhalten. Die Direktion behält sich das Recht vor, Personen, die diese Vorschriften nicht einhalten, zu entfernen.

Kaltwasserduschen: von 09:00 bis 19:00 Uhr
Warmwasserduschen: 24 Stunden
Geschirrspülbereich: 24 Stunden
Dusche für Tiere: 24 Stunden
15. Wassernutzung
Das Wasser ist trinkbar. Es darf ausschließlich für die von der Anlage bereitgestellten Dienstleistungen verwendet werden. Jede missbräuchliche Nutzung ist verboten.
16. Schlussbestimmungen
Die Direktion übernimmt keine Haftung für Schäden an Personen oder Sachen, die durch unsachgemäße Nutzung der Einrichtungen oder durch Nichteinhaltung dieser Ordnung entstehen.
